Corporate breathwork workshop in Marseille, “Breathing under pressure”

“Breathing under pressure” takes place on site, seated and fully dressed, for a group of 8 to 15 colleagues. Each participant leaves with two protocols to use during the day: one before a tense meeting, one in the evening to sleep.

The first call, 15 minutes long, sets the date, the number of participants, the place and the budget.

Professional liability insurance certificate, and a contraindications questionnaire filled in by each participant before the session.

1 hour, €450 for the workshop, all included. I travel within Marseille and the surrounding area.
