Privacy policy

This site asks for your agreement before loading content from another site. The booking calendar runs on my Google account, with no cookie and no measurement tool. Here is what travels when you use the site, and what I do with the information you give me.

Who is responsible

Elliot Amaru, publisher of the site (see the legal notice). For any question about your data: elliot.breathwork@gmail.com.

What the site does with your visit

The site is hosted by GitHub Pages. To send you the pages, GitHub receives your IP address and the technical details of your browser (GitHub privacy statement (opens in a new tab)). I have no access to these logs.

The site keeps in your browser: your consent choice (six months), the fact that you passed the entrance screen and the time spent on the site (until the tab is closed, to open an offer window at the right moment). With your agreement for “Preferences”, it also keeps the closing of an offer window (seven days), and, with your agreement for “External content”, the preview of my latest Instagram posts (twelve hours). This information stays on your device and is never sent to me.

With your agreement, the site loads Google Analytics to measure the audience: page views and where visits come from. This tool sets cookies and receives your IP address. Without your agreement, it does not load.

With your consent, the site loads an advertising tool (the Meta pixel) to measure the effect of my ads. It sets cookies and receives your IP address. Without your consent, it does not load.

The fonts are hosted on the site.

You choose in the “Cookies” banner shown on your first visit, with “Accept all”, “Refuse all” or “Preferences”. Refusing is as easy as accepting. Your choice lasts six months, and you can change it at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

What loads from a third party

Booking calendar (Google). It is built into the home page and the session pages, and loads when you scroll down to it. The free slots come from a service hosted by Google, which receives your IP address at that moment. No cookie is set and no measurement tool is added. Google then receives the information you enter to book (Google privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).

Instagram strip. With your agreement, your browser queries the Behold service (United States) and loads the images from its servers: Behold receives your IP address. Without your agreement, the strip shows photos from my account saved on the site.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is passed to Brevo (France), the service that sends the newsletter. Brevo also receives your IP address. I keep your address until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time from any message.

External links (Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps): their rules apply as soon as you click.

What I collect when you book or write to me

When you book, I receive your first name, your last name, your email address, your phone number, your message and the link you followed to reach the site, when it carries one. This information is written into my Google calendar and into a private spreadsheet in my Google account. You then receive a health form (Google Forms), used to check that nothing stands in the way of the session. These answers are health data: I only use them with your explicit consent, to prepare the session.

When you write to me (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone), I use your message to reply to you.

The legal basis is carrying out your booking and answering your requests. For health data, it is your consent.

I keep this information as long as we are in touch, then for three years after our last exchange. After that, I delete it. I neither sell nor rent any data.

The information travels only between you, me and the services I use to receive it (Google, WhatsApp, Instagram, Brevo). Some are located in the United States: their privacy policies describe the safeguards applied to transfers.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, limit or refuse its use, take it back, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to me at elliot.breathwork@gmail.com: I reply within a month.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (opens in a new tab).
